Shipping and Return Policy

 

In order to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery, pomme bébé currently ships overnight ground to the greater Southern California area (see table below). For delivery outside this geographic area please contact us at 949-200-7430 or info@pommebebe.com.

 

To ensure the freshness of your order, please note some important information:

  • We ship your order in an environmentally-friendly thermal package with dry ice to lock in the freshness of your baby's food. The box and thermal package are both recyclable.
  • Please make every attempt possible to be at home to receive our package. Our food is perishable and needs to be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at your front door.

 

Payment Options
At this time pomme bébé accepts payment through the following credit card: Visa® and Mastercard®. Should you experience a problem while placing your order, please call us at 949-200-7430.

Sales Tax
All California orders are subject to California sales tax based on your shipping address. No sales tax will be added to orders shipped outside of the State of California. Gift cards are not subject to sales tax.

 

Shipping Policies & Methods

We currently process and ship orders once per week on Thursdays arriving on Friday. All orders received before 12 PM Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday (next day). All orders received after 12 PM Wednesday will be shipped the following Thursday.

 

Baby food deliveries are handled by FedEx Home Delivery and will arrive within 24 -30 hours of shipping. Gift cards will be delivered via US Postal Service. Our current Shipping & Handling charges are:

01 - 10 units:     $7.99

10 - 20 units:     $9.99

20 - 30 units:     $15.99

30 - 40 units:     $19.99

Gift cards:           Free Shipping

 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat and/or cold), pomme bébé reserves the right to delay shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.
